Summer Term Two
For the next six weeks of this half term will be describing the life process of reproduction in some plants and animals, as well as describing the changes as humans develop to old age.
Lesson One: we will continue the look a the Life Cycle of insects.

Lesson Three: we will be describing the Life cycle of plants and animals. Today we are going to focus on how plants reproduce.

This week we will be describing the life cycle of mammals.

This week we will be identifying the effects of water resistance, which act between moving surfaces.
The vocabulary we will be using is: water resistance, friction, force, stream line and upthrust.

This week we will be looking at identify the effects of air resistance, which act between moving surfaces.

This week in Science we will be looking at the force of Friction.
We will be looking at how helpful Friction is in our daily lives, as well as how it can sometimes be a hindrance.
We will be answering the question: What would life be like without Friction?
Week Beginning 28th February 2022
As Scientists this week, we will be investigating how unsupported objects fall towards the Earth because the force of Gravity is acting upon them. We will be using Newton meters to measure Gravity. We will place objects on the end of as Newton meters and read the scale. We will record our findings in our book, drawing conclusions from what we have observed.
