Spring Term 1

This Term we will be making dioramas for our topic, Under the Sea. We will plan and make an under the water scene using a shoe box and various different materials.

 

Autumn term 2- in this second half of the term we begin our learning by looking at art inspired by fireworks night and how different materials give us different affects. 

Autumn term 1- In this first half term we will be linking our D.T. to our topic of 'Once upon a time'. We will be exploring the porridge eaten in Goldilocks and the three bears, we will then discuss improvements that can be made and have a go at designing our own flavours before evaluating the success of this. In art we will look at self portraits and how different materials can give us different outcomes.
