The Telegraph's Keep Kids Active Campaign in association with Loughborough CollegeThe videos, which go live before 9am each morning, remain available throughout the day to ensure pupils can fit in their hour's activity with the other classes that have already been planned by their schools. All abilities and fitness levels are catered for, with an easier option explained for the more difficult tasks. Unlike other virtual workouts, the college has provided focused classes for 10-to-14 year-olds, which are guaranteed to fulfil three of the four targets in the national curriculum for physical education. Today's lesson is one of three lessons in the week which will require no equipment.

AfPEYorkshire Sport Foundation and leading national organisations, including AfPE, have been working with Physical Educators from across the country to support parents to teach PE at home. Endorsed by the DfE these Short two-minute videos show parents (and teachers) free, fun and easy to follow PE activities for the whole family to enjoy together and help children and young people to continue their skill development in PE Each #ThisIsPE video focuses on a different aspect of the National Curriculum at both Primary and Secondary level. Videos are posted at 1pm on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
