Summer Term

We will be drawing, painting and then making a sculpture of a Dragon’s eye, experimenting with  creating texture.

Design and Technology

In Design and technology this half term we will be designing a space vehicle which could be used on the surface of Mars. 

As Design technologists we will research what the conditions and terrain of Mars is like. We will use this research to draw annotated sketches of a suitable space vehicle. In the following three weeks, we will be making and evaluating our design.

· Our Art topic will link to our Space themes for the term.

· We will explore images through printing , create printing block by simplifying an initial sketch book ideas.
