Whole School Sports Day
This past Wednesday, we celebrated our yearly Sports Day and were blessed with beautiful weather for the whole day. This year, we chose to go with a Commonwealth theme for the day with every class representing a commonwealth country. A baton was also passed around the classes with a message from our head Mrs. Camp.
"To all children at Forres School, please remember sport plays a large part of who we are; we value respect, teamwork, tolerance and understanding throughout these events"
Each year group competed in different activities in a rotation against children of a similar ability. Not only did this give them an equal chance of winning but also a fantastic sense of achievement. We pride ourselves in teamwork at Forres but we also strongly believe that healthy competition is good for personal development. We could like to congratulate all of our winners and competitors and thank everyone who was able to come and support us during this fantastic event.
